Hall construction from start to finish – from earthworks to MEP installations. We carry out design-build contracting and construction for production facilities, storage halls and industrial buildings across Finland. We carry out the core construction phases mainly with our own staff and manage the entire project from one place.
Earthworks
We carry out all earthworks with our own equipment and staff – excavation, backfilling, drainage, sewerage, rock blasting and contaminated soil replacement.
Foundations
Footings, foundation walls and retaining walls – cast in place, precast elements or foundation blocks.
Frame structures
We build all common frame types according to the project's requirements: concrete, steel, glulam or dimensioned timber. Ready-made elements, pre-cut or from standard lumber. Choosing the optimal, cost-effective frame structure depends on several factors. See our ready-made hall packages at a fixed price.
Facade structures
We have extensive experience installing different facade materials. The most common are steel-wool-steel sandwich panels, polyurethane elements, concrete elements and steel cladding.
Roofing
We install all common roofing materials, including steel roofs, ready-made roof elements and polyurethane elements.
MEP work
We also carry out building services installations mainly with our own staff. This approach avoids interface gaps and unnecessary waiting between different contractors, which is very common in the construction industry. See our completed projects.
